He also has been involved in occult practices, such as speaking to the dead, and palm reading. He has even been said to argue with voices thinking they are God, or the devil. He has been involved in real estate fraud by forcing church members to buy houses in their name, and then taking the property from the members, keeping rent money from tenants, then not making mortgage payments which in turn has ship wrecked the credit of many.
